Sea white HOSO also known as sea white shrimp. It is crunchy & bouncy. The shell of sea white prawns are soft & thin, which makes it best for frying, soup & steamboat.

The size of prawn is stated by the number of prawn per kg. In this case, 21/25 means that there are 16 to 18 prawns in 1kg. Hence the smaller the number, the bigger the prawn is.
