Shrimp Vanamei PDTO ( skin off tail on ), a largely farmed species with sweet mild taste & crunchy texture. Peeled and deveined with tail on for convenience. The size of the prawn is stated by the number of prawns per kg. In this case, 51/60 means that there are 51-60 prawns in 1kg. Hence the smaller the number, the bigger the prawn is.
