What is your return & exchange policy ? 

  • All sales are final. To save trouble, please check all items upon receiving. 
  • If products delivered are damage or incorrect, our delivery guys will take necessary actions on site.  
  • If not, please contact us within 24hours at +6019-666 7763 (Monday – Saturday 9:00am to 6pm) or lclcustomerservice07@gmail.com.  
  • We will make necessary arrangements depending on the situation.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer & the items must be in resalable condition.
  • For any refunds or exchange , please first send an email to  lclcustomerservice07@gmail.com with your order number before returning your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund wll be processed & a credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days.

How do i amend or cancel my order ?

  • It is always best to call +6019-666 7763   (Monday – Saturday 9.00am to 6pm) for any amendments as our staff can attend to them immediately. 
  • As for cancelations, please inform at least 24 hours in advance at lclcustomerservice07@gmail.com or call +6019-666 7763 .
  •  Cancellation is confirmed only when you have received a reply from our staff that it has been processed.

What Payment Methods do you accept ?

  • We accept Visa & Masters

I am looking for something but couldn’t find in your website. 

  • Kindly drop us an email lclcustomerservice07@gmail.com and we will get back to you if we have them. 
  •  As our stock list is pretty extensive, we do not post everything online.

Do i need to be at home to receive the goods? 

  • There needs to be someone present who can receive and check on the purchases. 
  • As products are perishable, they need to be kept in the refrigerator immediately after receiving.

Why can’t have my delivery the next day ? 

  • As we need time to process your order, we have a cut off time of 4pm on weekdays and 1pm on Saturday.
  • Hence, orders received after those timing will be processed the next working day.

What is the minimum order? 

  • Free shipping with minimum order above RM200.00 only for Penang only.

  • Penang Island Georgetown/ Bayan Baru / Tanjung Bunga / Batu Maung / Gelugor / Bayan Lepas / Gelugor
  • Penang Mainland Seberang Jaya / Raja Uda / Juru / Permatang Pauh / Bukit Mertajam
  • Sorry to inform that we have no delivery to Batu Maung & Balik Pulau.
  • There is a delivery fee of RM35.00 for outstation. 
  • To maintain freshness of the seafood We will pack the seafood in cold storage box and deliver with cold truck.
  • Outstation location as below : Johor/ Seremban / Melaka / Kuala Lumpur / Selangor / Ipoh / Taiping / Kedah / Perlis ( MCO RESTRICTED AREA & DELIVERY)

 

Can I select a specific time for delivery ?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery as our dispatch services has a planned route for daily deliveries. 
  • Drop us a note and let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.

 

Do you delivery to multiple locations?

  • One order is strictly to be delivered to only one location. 
  • If you have several locations to be delivered, please split them into individual orders with the minimum requirements per bill met.

Which area do you delivery ?

  • We deliver nationwide from 8am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. 
  • Delivery will takes 2 to 7 day to reach your doorsteps.
  • For Saturday order will proceed on Monday.
  •  For Sunday & Public Holiday, we will proceed on the next working day.
