Even though we will pack your orders with ice blocks, please expect your order to be slightly (<20%-50%) thaw upon receiving due to extreme hot weather, unexpected congesting traffic or any factors that are not within our control.
The average lead time will be 2 to 7 days. Users may check with the our customer services to avoid disappointment. For Saturday order we wil proceed on Monday. For Sunday & Public Holiday, we will proceed on the next working day.
What is your return & exchange policy ?

- If products delivered are damage or incorrect, our delivery guys will take necessary actions on site.

- Return shipping is borne by the customer & the items must be in resalable condition.
- For any refunds or exchange , please first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before returning your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund wll be processed & a credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days.
