Description

Atlantic Salmon is a variation of fresh seafood that is selected by LCL due to its great texture & wonderful taste that speaks premium for itself. The meat is moderately firm & oily, through not as fatty as others salmon. The flesh color varies, depending on the amount of pigment in the feed. Salmon is nutritionally & excellent product. It have a natural high content of protein & contains a lot of the healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids. It also high in omega 3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA) and rich in the fat soluble Vitamin D.
