61/70 SHRIMP PD VANAMEI IQF

Description

Meat of Vanamei prawn, a largely farmed species with sweet mild taste & crunchy texture. Peeled and deveined for convenience. Ideal for stir fry & dumpling filings.

The size of the prawn is stated by the number of prawns per kg. In this case, 61/70 means that there are 61-70 prawns in 1kg. Hence the smaller the number, the bigger the prawn is.
