TIGER PRAWN 21/25

Description

Tiger prawn is second most commercial prawn species after white prawn.  Cooked tiger prawn flesh is softer than other shrimp species. The meat should be slightly firm & moist.

The size of prawn is stated by the number of prawn per kg. In this case, 16/20 means that there are 16 to 20 prawns in 1kg. Hence the smaller the number, the bigger the prawn is.
